MD  LANDSCAPING  is a 100%  black owned  entity  with  35% black women  shareholder.  The business  is  focusing   on   establishing   Horticulture  and  landscaping   Services  since  August  2016.   In our  5   years  of operation,  Today  MD  LANDSCAPING'S  core  business  is  still  Landscaping  construction   for  both   public   and  private  corporate  as  well  as  domestic   landscaping.  MD  LANDSCAPING   also   offers   a  full  range   of  environmental  services   including   solid   waste   management,   rubble  removal  and  associated  services  that  leads  to  the  enhancement  our  environment.

Although it was started with  a modest  amount  of capital but  today  MD  LANDSCAPING  is growing fast in every aspect in order to meet the  demand  of the fast-growing  economy.  We are support• ed by a strong  management  team  comprising people  with  relevant  technical  experience. We at MD LANDSCAPING  believe that  a good  health  is conducive  to the  productivity  and  the  quality  of our surrounding; we strive to provide excellent services to satisfy the challenging needs of our customers.

At MD LANDSCAPING we have pioneered  a program  whereby our staff monitors  your premise together with you and guarantee that your customized  schedule will be followed in an efficient, effective and professional manner. We feel that it not the quantity of supervisor that matters but the quality of the supervisor that counts

MD LANDSCAPING employee's selection, employee training  and periodical  inspections  are to ensure that our services in your premises will meet your expectation. We understand that personnel  selection; instruction and evaluation must be conducted  in accordance to accomplish customers cleaning requirement.  Taking into consideration the requirement of your business nature our selection of the employees entails a personal interview followed by thorough  reference check.

STAFFING

It is the intention of MD LANDSCAPING to ensure that our client's premises are always kept in a neat and clean condition. The specification submitted  herein will be considered  minimum requirement.  Therefore, this specification will only be referred to as a guide rather than limitation  to the services required to effectively maintaining  the facility. The facility is to be staffed to maintain  an optimum  condition  of Cleanliness.  If the level of our services is at any time is unacceptable, then MD LANDSCAPING will adjust its staff to take the necessary measure to overcome the situation. Staff shall be adjusted as required to accomplish any periodical maintenance/construction herein specified without abandoning  the daily services. Any extra services will be performed at a predetermined rate agreed by both parties.

CHAIN OF COMMANDS

To enable us to provide quick and effective response to all the needs of our customer's requirement, we have a short and flexible and yet efficient chain of command. The personnel  assigned to your facility are directly in charge of all day-to-day tasks. The personnel  will work closely with the manager in conjunction  with the operation of the immediate  area. The operation  manager is responsible for the Inspection  of work and provides back up to ensure continuity  of high-quality  performance. The manager conducts inspection  primarily during business hours and periodical  throughout the year.
